REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hoursof placing them. After this period, production/packing begins and cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product on arrival (with proof)
• Manufacturing defects

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Size issues (refer to our size chart before ordering)
• Color differences due to screen/monitor settings
• Used or washed products

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
